DAVID REULE, Managing Partner
David Reule, a third-generation Charlotte native with nearly two decades of real estate experience, is one of the leaders shaping our firm’s direction and values.
He is husband to Joanna; father to Reese, David, Hannah, and John. Dave and his family are active members of the Blowing Rock community.
He is a proud graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2001).

Jon Shaller is a commercial real estate broker and investor who brings strong financial insight and practical experience to value-add and income-producing properties across North Carolina. Drawing on 25 years of market analysis and investment experience, he focuses on clear analysis, steady communication, and client-first representation.
JOE HONEYCUTT, Partner
Joe Honeycutt is a native of the North Carolina mountains and a graduate of Appalachian State University, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science and MBA. With more than 20 years of experience in economics, commercial insurance, and investment properties, he brings a strategic, well-rounded approach to commercial real estate.
Joe is known for his relationship-driven style and responsiveness, providing clients with thoughtful guidance throughout every transaction.
Joe resides in Boone, North Carolina with his wife, Cayla, and their two daughters, Bryce and Hannah.
